- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup parmesan cheese
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 cup grated Monterey Jack cheese
- 1 can (414 ml) artichoke hearts (chopped)
- 1 jar Tostitos® Salsa
- 1 bag Tostitos® Scoops!® Tortilla Chips
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350° F.
- Mix all ingredients excluding half of the Monterey Jack cheese.
- Put a teaspoon of dip in each Tostitos® Scoops!® tortilla chip and sprinkle with remaining cheese.
- Bake at 350° F for 5 minutes.
- Garnish with Tostitos® Salsa and serve.
