Artichoke Gratin

Ingredients
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 cup grated Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1 can (414 ml) artichoke hearts (chopped)
  • 1 jar Tostitos® Salsa
  • 1 bag Tostitos® Scoops!® Tortilla Chips
How to make it
  1. Preheat oven to 350° F.
  2. Mix all ingredients excluding half of the Monterey Jack cheese.
  3. Put a teaspoon of dip in each Tostitos® Scoops!® tortilla chip and sprinkle with remaining cheese.
  4. Bake at 350° F for 5 minutes.
  5. Garnish with Tostitos® Salsa and serve.
