Bite-Size Spinach and Cheese Quiches
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 375ºF (190ºC). Lay Scoops! on foil or parchment paper–lined baking sheet.
- Chop spinach and squeeze out excess moisture. Whisk together eggs, 3 tbsp (45 mL) water, Salsa Con Queso and spinach.
- Scoop spoonfuls into Scoops! Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until eggs are set. Serve with additional Salsa Con Queso if desired.
Tip: If you like, top with sliced green onions or cherry tomatoes.
