Cheesy Lobster Dip

This ooey‑gooey dip is perfect for cold nights in. With elevated ingredients such as lobster and roasted red pepper this dip is sure to please on game night, girls night or date night.

How to make it
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Stir together Salsa Con Queso, lobster meat, red pepper, cheese and lemon juice; transfer to small ovenproof casserole dish.
  2. Bake for 15 to 18 minutes or until bubbling at edges. Sprinkle with parsley. Serve with tortilla chips.

Tip: Add a dash of hot sauce or a pinch of cayenne pepper if desired.
