Green Goddess Kale Salad Nachos

Guacamole and feta cheese are layered with tortilla chips and marinated kale for the ultimate salad‑inspired sharing platter of nachos.

How to make it
  1. Toss kale with vinaigrette. Let stand for 5 minutes.
  2. Arrange half of the chips on serving platter; top with half of the kale, guacamole and feta. Repeat layers. Sprinkle with green onions. Serve immediately.

Toss kale with a simple oil and vinegar or lemon‑herb vinaigrette, or simply apple cider, if desired.
Add canned chickpeas (drained, then rinsed) for a vegetarian‑friendly source of protein.
