Mini Grilled Cheese with Salsa

Packed with cheesy goodness, these bite size sandwiches will be gone before you have time to say ‑ CHEESE!

How to make it
  1. Preheat oven to 375ºF (190ºC). Lay tortilla rounds on foil– or parchment paper–lined baking sheets.
  2. Sprinkle half of the tortilla rounds with Cheddar cheese and the remaining ones with Brie; bake for about 10 minutes or until cheese melts.
  3. Remove from heat and sandwich Cheddar‑ and Brie‑topped rounds together. Serve with salsa for dipping.

Tip: Top cheese with diced tomatoes, sliced green onions or pickled jalapeños after baking, before sandwiching together.
