Sausage in a Cheesy Blanket

This nacho‑like dish is perfect for last minute entertaining. With minimal preparation, you will have more time to be the hostess with the most‑est.

How to make it
  1. In large skillet set over medium‑high heat, sauté sausages, pepper and onion for about 5 minutes or until pepper and onion start to soften. Add jalapeños; cook for 2 minutes.
  2. Lay tortilla chips on foil or parchment paper–lined baking sheet in single layer. Scatter sausage mixture over top. Drizzle Salsa Con Queso over top.

Tip: Top with diced tomatoes and pitted sliced black olives if desired.
