Turkey BLT Nachos
- 1 bag (275 g) Tostitos® Multigrain Home‑style Salsa Tortilla Chips
- 1/4 cup (60 mL) prepared light ranch salad dressing
- 2 cups (500 mL) shredded romaine or iceberg lettuce
- 8 strips turkey bacon, cooked and chopped
- 1 ripe tomato, chopped
How to make it
- Arrange half of the chips on serving platter; drizzle with half of the dressing. Top with half of the lettuce, bacon and tomato; repeat layers once.
- Drizzle remaining dressing over top. Serve immediately.
Add shredded Cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese if desired.
Chipotle mayo can be substituted for the ranch dressing.
For more protein, add shredded chicken and double the turkey bacon.
