Ingredients

3 eggs
½ bell pepper, diced
½ onion, diced
5 chopped mushrooms
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
1 jar Tostitos® Salsa
1 bag Tostitos® Scoops!® tortilla chips

How to make it

Scramble eggs with all vegetables.
Place a spoonful of egg mixture into Scoops!^® and top with salsa and grated cheese.
Place in oven for few minutes until cheese has melted.
Serve immediately.
