White Garlic Dip
- 1 cup low‑fat mayonnaise
- 1 cup low‑fat sour cream
- Juice of 3 limes
- 4 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 ½ cups finely chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 ½ cups finely chopped shallots
- 5 tsp hot pepper sauce, or to taste
- Salt and freshly ground white pepper to taste
- 1 bag Tostitos® Organic Blue Corn tortilla chips
How to make it
- In a medium bowl, combine mayonnaise and sour cream.
- Add lime juice, garlic, cilantro, shallots, hot pepper sauce, salt and pepper.
- Chill until serving.
